Responsible Gaming
ai999's Commitment

Why responsible gaming matters

Important notice: Gaming at ai999 is for players aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

ai999 is committed to building a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. We believe responsible gaming is not just about following rules — it is about knowing your own limits, playing for enjoyment, and having the courage to seek help when needed.

Gaming is a form of entertainment. However, for some people it can become an addiction. At ai999 we provide tools and support that help every player keep their gaming habits in check. Through responsible gaming you can ensure that gaming plays a positive role in your life.

Our responsible gaming policy is built on three core principles: protection, transparency, and support. On this page you will learn how to play responsibly at ai999, which tools to use, and where to get help if problems arise.

Our safety tools

Set deposit limits

Set the amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Raising a limit requires a 7-day waiting period, but lowering it is instant.

Time-out break

If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature. Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Logging in is not possible during the break.

Self-Exclusion

If controlling your gaming becomes difficult, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account for as little as 6 months or permanently. Once this decision is activated it is not easy to reverse.

Reality Check

Receive pop-up notifications at set intervals to see how long you have been playing. These reminders keep you aware of the time and money you are spending.

Minor protection

ai999 is for players aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at registration. If children are present in your home, use parental control software on your device.

Deposit limits and withdrawal rules

Setting financial limits is one of the most important parts of responsible gaming at ai999. The minimum deposit on our platform is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. These rules ensure players can enjoy themselves without taking on large financial risks.

You can set your own deposit limits directly from your account settings. Keep in mind:

  • Lowering a limit takes effect immediately.
  • A request to raise a limit will take effect after 7 business days — this delay is intentional, so decisions are not made on impulse.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Transact safely via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Think of gaming as entertainment — not a source of income. Set a monthly gaming budget and do not exceed it. Chasing lost money by placing larger bets on impulse is a dangerous habit.

Warning signs of gaming addiction

Ask yourself the following questions. If you answer "yes" to one or more, consider seeking support:

Are you spending more time or money on gaming than your budget allows?

Are you placing larger bets to try to recover money you have lost?

Are you lying to family or friends about your gaming?

Are you continuing to game despite harm to your work, family, or relationships?

Do you feel restless or anxious when you are not gaming?

Have you tried to stop playing but been unable to?

These signs are not proof of weakness — they are signals of a problem that can be resolved. Seeking help takes courage. Use our support team and self-exclusion feature.

Using self-exclusion and time-out

Time-out break

Choose time-out for a temporary break. Set your preferred duration — 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, or 6 weeks. No betting or deposits are possible during the break. Your account reactivates automatically once the break ends.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the most effective step for long-term issues. Close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Avoid opening a new account during this period. Reactivation is not possible before the set period has ended.

To set self-exclusion or a time-out, go to your account settings or contact our 24/7 live chat. Our support team will help you complete the entire process in Bengali.

Remember: responsible gaming at ai999 means protecting not only yourself — it also means protecting your family and loved ones. Gaming addiction can have a deep impact on families. Taking action in time is the best decision.

Age verification and minor protection

ai999 firmly believes that gaming is for adults only. Only players aged 21 or above may register on our platform. Age verification is mandatory at the time of registration.

If children or minors are present in your home or have access to your device, take the following steps:

  • Keep your account password secure and out of reach of children.
  • Do not leave your device unattended while logged in.
  • Use parental control software on your device.
  • Make children aware of the risks of online gaming sites.
  • If a minor has used your account, notify our support team immediately.

ai999 makes no compromises when it comes to the protection of minors. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
